Strategic oversight for fatigue management and compliance. This specialized module provides professional pilots with high-precision tracking for duty limitations, rest requirements, and operational safety metrics.
Input Requirements
Add a Flight
Tap ADD FLIGHT at the bottom of the duty card. Enter the planned Block Out/In times. Tap Done to save. The button is disabled until your time passes validation.
Mark Flight Completed
Tap any flight row to open editor, switch the status from Planned to Completed. Enter Actual times. Once completed, it becomes read-only for original schedule records.
Validation Rules
The rolling 24hr flight time must stay under 10hrs (2 pilot) or 8hrs (1 pilot). The 24hr window before duty completion must contain at least 10hrs of rest. Duty periods must not exceed 14hrs.
Step-by-Step Operation
1. Open the KiloLima EFB Suite and select the Duty Time Calculator from the dashboard.
2. Input required operational data including report time, expected block time, and flight segments.
3. Review the calculated limits to validate legality and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
